Vehicle was due for oil change and mileage service. All service needs were brought to my attention and completed with my authorization. Work was completed with courtesy and professionalism.

Tyler was an amazing sales specialist and done everything he could to make sure we found the vehicle we absolutely love the 2025 Chevy Trail blazer.

John is always nice and friendly. It helps when you bring your car in for a oil change knowing you get great friendly service.

My Chevy Traverse was taken to the SVG dealership in Greenville, Ohio in early afternoon, by a car-hauler. The service technicians quickly pulled my Traverse inside while my wife and I drove back to U.C, Indiana, fully expecting the possibility of a lengthy wait. But fortunately, my vehicle was checked and the problem diagnosed and fixed and tested. A short time later, I got a phone call informing me that my vehicle was fixed, tested and ready to pickup at my convenience! I always use SVG Chevrolet in Greenville, Ohio for all of my automotive needs.....because SVG Greenville has never disappointed me! All of SVG's staff and technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and tops in their quality services. P.S. I've been a loyal and satisfied customer for over seven (7) years........ Thank you, SVG Greenville!

just came in and wanted to know a price for shocks and found awhole lot of things that need to be fixed later on. but did however got the shocks and struts in front and back fixed and alined back up, good for now thanks brian.

Didn't like all the extra stuff SVG pushes and tries to sell you like the paint protection & Ally insurance etc. They kept putting the paint protection on the invoice and we had to keep telling them to take it off. We used the SVG on-line buying tool when shopping for a new car but when we went to the dealership the numbers never matched up. Thank goodness I printed out the sheet and brought it with me. I also had the salesman go to the dealer website to walk him and the manager through the process to show them what the payments should be because they had higher numbers. This is very concerning and made us feel SVG is not honest or trustworthy. Lastly, the buying process is also way to long our total time was almost 3 hours just for paperwork. In closing, I can say I would not recommend buying anything from SVG unless you do your homework and have someone there to help you and go over everything before signing/buying a vehicle.

Landon, our salesperson was great. The detailing of our vehicle was not great. The missed a lot of places. If you're paying someone to do this, they need to have someone show them how to do it. It was really bad. Not impressed. Everything else was great.

Requested oil change only and was charged for a tire rotation and no tire rotation was even performed the reason I know is because the tires two I personally changed by myself and they are still on the same tires that I put them on

Need all new tires. Got a great deal and had wonderful service.

After we left the dealership the car smelled of oil burning, when checked under the hood, there was spilled oil on front of frame and around fans. The car was nearly a quart low on oil when checked. Very disappointed with the oil change. I assume that oil was spilled or a loose oil filter and not cleaned up well. The new tires seem fine. Had to add an additional 2/3 quart of synthetic oil after we returned home!

My van was not running well. They told me the problem, but didn't have the part. I canceled the appointment because I already had the van tuned and it was starting to do better. They helped me know the problem. I just needed to clean the carbon out.
