Very nice and personable. Gave us a car to drive while waiting on parts. Took care of our extended warranty claim.

My van was not running well. They told me the problem, but didn't have the part. I canceled the appointment because I already had the van tuned and it was starting to do better. They helped me know the problem. I just needed to clean the carbon out.

Requested oil change only and was charged for a tire rotation and no tire rotation was even performed the reason I know is because the tires two I personally changed by myself and they are still on the same tires that I put them on

Fast service and my service consultant was waiting on me with a smile. A convenient and welcoming service waiting area, was in and out in about 1hour. I’ll always look to SVG Chevrolet for my vehicle service needs.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Carrie. She was caring and thoughtful throughout the experience!

I was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes after only having the car for 4 days, needless to say I took it in and ofc was told there was nothing wrong, 30 miles added to my car later and 2 hours of being at the dealer my brakes were still shit and still screaming. Replaced them myself and now they are wonderful, 2 weeks after that I have a power steering issue needless to say I didn’t take it in for that because there service department isnt worth nothing to me, seems as if they half ass all there vehicles and don’t care about customers at all

Very friendly and great service.

Silly but the only question I asked is "do they fill washer fluid with this service" service writer said yes. But I still had to stop and fill the reservoir myself a few miles down road because they forgot. Seems SVG let's the small stuff impact relationships.
